Seems like Post Malone is making the most of his time in Nashville! He’s in town to perform alongside Morgan Wallen and Hardy at the CMA Awards in Nashville on Wednesday night, November 9. But while he’s in Music City, he’s also meeting with quite a few top songwriters.

Here’s Posty flanked by country star Luke Combs and songwriter James McNair, captioned with the phrase “magical day of creating with these boys.”

A couple days earlier, Posty showed up in another small group photo with another massive star (Morgan Wallen) and another songwriter turned emerging artist (ERNEST).

Post Malone has proven adept at making music in a multitude of styles; from his hip hop and R&B come-up, to his pop crossover, to rocking with Ozzy Osbourne, and concert performances of some of his favorite country songs. Plus over the past year we’ve seen another artist who started in hip hop make some big waves in country music: Jelly Roll.

Nothing in ERNEST’s Instagram post hints at a collaboration. Could be just a friendly visit. Could be something more. We’ll have to wait and see.
